Adult Capacity is for adults experiencing housing instability. This program provides rent assistance (such as mobile home space rent, mortgage assistance, rent arrears, application fees, security/utility deposits, late fees, motel vouchers, or past housing debt), transportation assistance and client assistance (such as accessibility needs, storage, phone bills, repairs, transportation, furnishings, moving expenses, work related clothing and tools, certifications, and official documents).
