Mental Health Resources

Resources are available!

This page shares resources available to our communities, including information on abortion, gender-affirming care, and hotlines, as well as how to access services and find support. This information is provided as a general resource.

Exhale Pro-Voice offers a space for you to feel all of it. Their text line is open to all people who have had abortions (and the people who want to better support them, too). Trained counselors will follow your lead and support you in tending to your wellbeing in the ways that feel best for you. Through this pro-voice, abortion-positive approach, they have supported thousands of people over the past 20 years. Spanish support available! (Due to high text volume, please expect a response within 24 hours.) 617-749-2948
