UNID@S for Oregon is a leadership program of Latino Network that strives to build a framework that fosters cohesion, trust, and relationships among leading Latine individuals and organizations. The program links existing leadership initiatives and builds capacity among local communities for a cohesive social change movement. Latino Network also provides opportunities for cohort members to connect with alums through social events or collaborative advocacy and education opportunities. UNID@S is a 9-month in-person experience offered annually from September through May.

UNID@S

  • The UNID@S program embraces the strength in our diversity as a Latino/a/e community. The aim is to bring together an intergenerational group of leaders from different regions across Oregon that results in a cohort group of persons whose identities are unique in genders, ethnicities, races, and organizational sectors, etc., forming a richly diverse group as a whole. The ideal participant will have a strong interest in sharing, learning, and building mutual alliances to advance the well-being of our communities in Oregon.
