A statewide initiative offering free immigration legal representation and navigation services to Oregon residents facing deportation or immigration legal needs. Serves those earning ≤200% of the federal poverty level. Services include court defense, USCIS assistance, and legal workshops.

What is INNOVATION LAW LAB?
Portland-based nonprofit focused on expanding access to justice for immigrants through legal representation, advocacy, and technology. Supports asylum seekers and detained immigrants with deportation defense, impact litigation, and universal representation projects.

What is SOAR?
Provides immigration legal assistance to low-income refugees and immigrants in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Services include asylum, DACA, TPS, naturalization, family petitions, green cards, and removal defense. Offers Know Your Rights education, citizenship classes, and DOJ-recognized representation. Consultations are $50 but waived for Afghan, Ukrainian, and Cuban-Haitian initiative clients.

What is CATHOLIC CHARITIES OF OREGON?
Portland-based, serving low-income immigrants, refugees, survivors of violence or trafficking, and asylum seekers. Handles family-based immigration, DACA, TPS, asylum, and removal defense. Also operates a Removal Defense Program for detained and vulnerable clients. Low-cost consultations, by appointment only.

What is SAFE ROUTE?
Located across Oregon and Washington, offers free or low-cost legal immigration assistance to low-income immigrants and refugees. Services include asylum, family petitions, U-visas, VAWA, DACA, employment authorization, and removal defense. Offers wraparound client case management.

What is ICS?
Offices in Portland and Hood River, helping low- and moderate-income immigrants including survivors of violence, trafficking, unaccompanied minors, and LGBTQ+ individuals. Services include family petitions, removal defense, asylum, and juvenile status applications. Low-cost or sliding scale based on income.

What is ST. ANDREW LEGAL CLINIC?
Provides family law services (divorce, custody, support, adoption) to low- and moderate-income individuals in Portland and Hillsboro. Offers a Night Clinic and a Veterans Program with free services for veterans. Sliding scale fees; $50 consultation fee.

What is CLEAR CLINIC?
Portland-based clinic offering free legal help for criminal record expungement, housing issues, DACA renewals, name/gender changes, and basic immigration screenings. No income requirement. Provides community drop-in clinics and workshops.
