"Know Your Rights" cards are designed to inform individuals of their rights when interacting with immigration enforcement officers. These cards, often the size of a credit card, outline fundamental rights under the U.S. Constitution, such as the right to remain silent and the right to refuse a search without a warrant. They serve as a quick reference for individuals to assert their rights in situations involving immigration officials.
