Alba Collaborative

The Alba Collaborative is a partnership between New Avenues, Latino Network, Youth Progress, National Safe Place Network, and Multnomah County (Youth Stabilization and Homeless Prevention Services) to help youth ages 9-17 who may be experiencing homelessness or need a safe place to go.

The program offers community and site-based case management, family mediation and reunification support, in-reach to schools and response to law enforcement, crisis intervention and short-term emergency housing menu, basic needs and transportation, client assistance, career training and placement, and resource referral and navigation (including access to alternative education options, LGBTQ-specific programs and services, wraparound services for gang-impacted and sex-trafficked youth).
