Rodolfo Serna works with the Transformative Youth Opportunities team, primarily with the Community Healing Initiative. He is a case manager for families, advocating for them and connecting them to needed services.

He is passionate about working with Latino youth and families. Indigenous roots and traditional practices drive his work. He has developed 20+ murals with the community in the Greater Portland area.

Rodolfo has previously worked at P:ear, TPI, Oregon Council for Hispanic Advancement, Centro Hispano, Janus Youth, and USMC. He earned a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts and a certificate from the Leadership Fellows program, both at Portland State University.

He is involved in Mexica Tiahui, Medicine Bear, and Red Stone Productions. In his spare time, he likes to create and practice his spirituality.
