David DiMatteo joined the Community Based Programs team at Latino Network in
September of 2015.  Since then, he has managed several new and pilot programs, including the Community Pathways Network (CPN), Cambio Cafe entrepreneurship and workforce development program, the East Portland Home Retention and Repair Program (HRRP), and Latino Network’s Multnomah Stability Initiative (MSI) and Energy Assistance programs.  David worked with staff to develop these programs from the ground up, and leveraged relationships both with other Latino Network programs and with partner agencies to connect staff and clients to resources and services. Latino Network’s program model is to connect these direct client services under one department, Family Stability Programs.  As the Family Stability Programs Manager, David supports and provides guidance and supervision to a team of eight talented staff.

David came to Latino Network from the private sector where he worked in operations
and organizational development.  He graduated from PSU with a BA in Anthropology,
focusing on applied anthropology and equity in community development.  Before that he
worked as a Hospital Services Coordinator with the American Red Cross and for the
Alaska State Court System in the Central Services Supply department.  He is dedicated
to supporting social and racial justice, healthy communities, and innovative program
delivery. When not at work, David enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring the Pacific
