David DiMatteo joined the Community Based Programs team at Latino Network in September of 2015. Currently, he oversees the Community Pathways Network (CPN), East Portland Home Retention and Repair Program (HRRP), Latino Network’s Multnomah Stability Initiative (MSI) and Energy Assistance programs, Community Economic Opportunity (CEO) Career Coach Program and the Homeless Family System of Care Mobile Housing Team (MHT) Program. Latino Network’s model is to connect these direct client services under one department, Family Life and Financial Stability Programs.
David came to Latino Network from the private sector where he worked in operations and organizational development. Before that he worked as a Hospital Services Coordinator with the American Red Cross and for the Alaska State Court System in the Central Services Supply department. David graduated from PSU with a BA in Anthropology, focusing on equity in community development. He is dedicated to supporting social and racial justice, healthy communities, and innovative program delivery. When not at work, David enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
