Leadership & Development The Diversity and Civic Leadership Academy The Latino Network’s Civic Engagement and Leadership Academy Program works with young emerging Latino English-speaking leaders and Spanish-speaking community members. We hold monthly trainings on social justice models; regional government; leadership development; social determinants of health; economic, environmental and social sustainability; civic engagement; working with public and elected officials; and community organizing.
