Anna Clifford

Energy Assistance Program Coordinator

Anna joined the Family Stability Programs Team as an Energy Assistance Program Coordinator for Latino Network in 2016. She works to help underrepresented families in assisting them with finding energy and home-related resources. Her favorite part about her work is meeting different families form different backgrounds and helping them become self-reliant and break the cycle of poverty.

Born and raised in Ventura, California and one of 18 children, Anna has previously worked at the Salvation Army, ValuQuest Appraisals in Arizona, and the Oregon Child Development Coalition in Woodburn, Oregon. She holds a C.A.S.A. Advocate Certificate and Rent Well Certificate and attended Moorpark College.

When she isn’t doing awesome things with Latino Network, Anna enjoys volunteering at the Moda Center, participating in her women’s support church group, reading, hiking, exercising and dancing. Her favorite part about Portland is the seasonal change and the weather.

Anna’s accomplishment that she is most proud of is raising six children to be leaders and self-reliant individuals.
