Alice Perry

Alice Perry joined the Latino Network family in 2012 and currently serves as the Director of Community Stability and Support Services. She oversees a team that runs the Community Healing Initiative, Speak Up and Empower, Parents Helping Parents, and our Family Stability programs.

Alice brings a wealth of experience working and organizing immigrant communities. She previously worked for Oregon Tradeswoman, Inc.

Active in the community, Alice serves as board President for OrFIRST, a federally funded Community Parent Resource Center. She graduated from Pomona College with a B.A. in Anthropology and also studied in Ireland.

The granddaughter of Mexican immigrants from Monterrey and Durango on her mother’s side, she identifies as Chicana/Irish American. She moved to Portland at age five, but spent summers on the border with her family.

When she is not helping to transform the Latino community, she is with her four teenage boys, Fernando, Nicolas, Dionisio, and Eduardo. She is passionate about her community, social justice, and especially her family.
